Our Foundation Began With A Small Cultural Outfit By The Name I Love Bandra In The Year 1998 From The Auspicious Hands Of Shri. Pranab Mukherjee.
The Bhamla Foundation, established in 1989 by Asif Bhamla, has evolved from a local cultural initiative into a prominent NGO addressing environmental, health, and social issues across India. With over 18,000 patrons nationwide, the foundation has launched impactful campaigns like #HawaAaneDe, #TikTikPlastic, and #DhakkDhakkDharti to raise awareness on pollution and sustainability. Collaborating with celebrities and organizations, it has promoted eco-friendly practices, including distributing biodegradable bags and organizing cleanliness drives. Notably, the #BhoomiNamaskar campaign, in partnership with Godrej Industries, focuses on land restoration and environmental conservation. The foundation’s efforts have garnered national recognition, emphasizing collective action for a healthier planet.

We work with Special Children
Bhamla Foundation from its inception has been consistently working with providing benefits and support to children who suffer from disabilities like Cerebral Palsy, Spastics and Autism. Not only do we care for these Special Children on a timely basis, but we also work closely with Orphanages to ensure that the lesser privileged can turn into productive youth for India.
